LazMall Campaign Ops (II)-Indonesia

Description

Location: Indonesia Department: eCommerce Platform Location: Indonesia Job Description 1. Work closely with Marketing, Campaigns, Category, and Design Team to drive sales

2. Work closely with relevant team to decide on how products should be displayed and designed to maximize customer interest and sales

3. Understand customer journey and experience during a purchase in e-commerce and understand the customer interest inside a page

4. Own the execution of onsite merchandising by setting up and building LazMall Campaign Pages, and coordinating with the relevant teams

5. Be the expert by understanding key functional and non-functional capabilities or limitations that will drive the merchandising on campaign landing pages from both a business and design perspective

6. Manage operations of specific brand campaigns by owning the execution, finding solution for any challenges arise on the ground and coordinating with the relevant teams

7. Analyze past performance to find trends and create reports on a weekly basis Job Requirements 1. Holds a Bachelor degree

2. Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in a fast-paced environment i.e. tech start-ups, e-commerce, or another related environment

3. Possess experiences in campaign management or marketing, and/or e-commerce onsite merchandising

4. Creative mindset, self-motivated and proactive

5. Able to work independently as well as liaise with other teams

6. Passion for e-commerce and understanding consumer journey

7. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks, to prioritize them and meet deadlines

8. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

9. Able to do data analysis (ie. evaluate metrics, forecasts) and knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
